Matthew J. Schifferle, Head Trainer, Class instructor, Equipment Specialist, Chocolate LoverMatt has been studying how to transform the human body since 1988. He grew up in Vermont loving all of the classic outdoor activities (biking, skiing, hiking) as well as a continual practice in martial arts. The foundation for all of Matt's training methods center around practicality and effectiveness. He believes you should be able to lose weight while still enjoying your favorite foods-- a healthy lifestyle should never feel like a second job. He has figured out how a 30 minute workout can be more effective than a 90 minute workout and how you can loose inches while still eating pizza and drinking beer. He knows you have a life outside the gym and he will show you how to add years to that life and life to those years. Matt is an A.C.E. certified professional who has also studied nutrition at the University of Vermont. You can check out his website at VTFit.com for more information on his unique training style. The bottom line is simple: If you don't enjoy the journey, you’re certain to never get where you want to go. Make fitness enjoyable, not a chore, and success is sure to follow. |
